I have replaced the FEP and screen protector and filled with Anycubic resin. Eversince My prints have only printed the islands with small support nubs. I have flat shaped plates on the resin vat bed.
Ive tried to research this without a lot of success.

When you replaced the FEP did you check it afterwards for tautness? I have replaced my FEP a few times and it seems to find its own tautness when I tighten the screws. I have seen vids on the tube concerning FEP replacement (I watched one for my printer before attempting it) where after the FEP is replaced, the FEP is gently tapped, it should have a certain sound, like a drum. To be honest, I think I struck lucky with mine!
