discussion Academy 1/72 - A6M5c Zero Type 52c

Hi Guys!!!

Here is my new 1/72 Zero from Academy. The "Type 52c" is a late Zero which had a greater firepower (two additional 13mm-MGs mounted in the wings) and a better protection for the pilot.

It is an older kit from Academy, but has a good fit and nice surface details. The Decals are horrible and I had to use gallons of softener.

Fantastic looking zero stefan! The weathering is just right in my eyes , not too much chipping , and the figures look great too , did they come with the kit? cheers tony

Looks great Stefan. You have managed that great illusion of making a 1:72 look like a 1:48. Nice one.

Nice Zero Stefan, like Tony I think you have the weathering just right. The figures are also very nicely presented, and the photos are well done too.
