Hello alI have finished my practice paint job on my Mkiv female tank. I am going to apply a thin coat of gloss varnish before the transfers, then finish it off with some matt varnish.

My question is - do I start weathering after the gloss coat and also the dyes that run into the gaps? Then seal it all in with matt varnish?

Any help would be great thanks.

Hi Rob you've just answered your own question, yes gloss coat first then decal then wether then apply matt varnish to seal everything.
