Hello,

I've not completed a model for ages, until now. I was working on a Revell 1:32 Bf109 but motivation went so, in an attempt to kickstart some modelling, I built this.

It's a great fitting, easy and quick to build model. The only negatives for me are the spindly undercarriage legs, flatspotted tyres that don't quite meet the ground properly and canopy.

I sprayed the camo freehand using Tamiya Acrylics and while the colours aren't 100% accurate, it's good enough for me!

Great job Matt , it looks spot on . Loving the chipping on the wing root . I made one of these a while back , its a nice little kit isnt it , although like yourself I thought the U/C legs were a little fragile , cheers tony

Very nice looking aircraft like the paint job and the weatering abs even the dark wash look to it

I'm in process of doing a academy in Russian service ( 1/72,) but need the motivation to get done projects finished ( including my 1/32 ME109G6

Thanks for the comments! I'm tempted to start the Airfix 1:72 Hurricane I picked up at the same time!

That looks fantastic. Very nicely finished and weathered without overdoing it.

Looks great. Being 1:72 makes it even better.

I really like this - good neat build and looks very 'real' with the weathering and variation in the paintwork. Well done Matt!

I love it !!! any tips ???
Thanks for the comments!

No tips needed - very easy model to build with well fitting parts [on the whole]. The only modification I made was to drill out the exhausts - fiddly but worth it [you can just about see them in the last photo].

Oh! What a little gem you have build!

The paintwork looks excellent, like the decal job as well! Magnificent panel lines ;)

Wow, nice little build you got there. Is that the one shown in the movie Pearl Harbour??
