the Airfix 2015 range is announced at 1200 today; who's excited?
But...this is new or old...?\ said:And a 1/24 Mosquito!
Either way that thing is going to be HHUUGGEE!!\ said:But...this is new or old...?I saw some time ago a Mosquito at 1/24....or maybe I'm wrong![]()
But, the most expensive 1/24 is a New Tool, the next largest (by volume) is probably the Sea Harrier, which is £80. I know this is a larger plane (by volume), but that's quite a bit more expensive if it wasn't a New Tool kit...\ said:Which usually means it's the old kit with a new sprue or decals or both What ever it is it's going to be bought![]()
Its not as if its that old... Its a great kit with loads of detail and I am sure the new release will be just as good.\ said:Which usually means it's the old kit with a new sprue or decals or both What ever it is it's going to be bought![]()
If you zoom in on the picture you can read off the box, (1 Box each of Highland Infantry, French Cavalry (Cuirassiers), French Artillery (Foot) British Cavalry (Hussars), French Infantry, British Infantry, British Artillery (Horse) French Imperial Guard, Prussian Infantry and La Haye Sainte Farmhouse.) It looks like the box I had as a kid nearly 40 years ago. My guess is they have relaunched it for the 200th anniversary of the Battle.\ said:I'm curious to see what's in the Battle of Waterloo Gift Set! http://www.airfix.com/catalog/product/view/id/8418/category/1209/
There's an old review on good old YouTube, this one's 3 years old:\ said:Its not as if its that old... Its a great kit with loads of detail and I am sure the new release will be just as good.
