ive heard good things about the customer service and have just sent them a request for a new set of decals as the one I got with the mustang kit were for a spitfire mk 1a

How long will it take for a response ?

Alan, as long as they're not being delt with by the same people who have been doing my membership you'll be fine

Joined 3/9, been charged twice & still nothing, call and told they can't find me so speak to PayPal

ive never had any problems getting spare parts.........normally a fortnight or so ive found

Cheers guys thanks for the comments I've had an automatic email telling me to wait 28 days but hopefully I will get a proper response before that :)

Last time Alan was about 5 days.

I did join, for some reason I have totally lost and cannot understand, the Airfix Club ( do not bother or even think about it) that may have made a difference.

On a similar topic, I asked Revell for two spare parts, (each a separate request), one to get duplicate left bonnet panels to allow me to show my car either with open or closed bonne,t and one to replace a faulty part. It took about 6 weeks but there was no charge.

got admit I got a bit annoyed after asked for a replacement part a while ago as they had the part but with postage they wanted more than what the actual kit was???

Hmm the few times I have used them, once for deals the other for a part, the automated reply was very soon followed by the needed parts. I dont recall having to pay any postage either...

I've had the automated reply but no sign of any decals , in fairness though it has only been four days

as i remember they only ask for postage on parts from kits that are getting rare, that they havnt done for a long time
