Hi all,

was amazed when i saw this picture. At the moment in brisbane flood waters are rising and 85% of the state is declared a disaster zone. One town has suffered an inland tsunami of 8m tall. Truly terrifying stuff. Will be a week or so before the water subsides and the true state of everything is seen. In one small country town, as the water swept down stream, a house was left in the middle of a street with nobody in it. Now the thing about it is that the house is not from that town and nobody knows where it came from. Anyway ill end it here and hope all are well.

Cheers

Kresten

We can only hope that you get through this unharmed Kresten and that your house and belongings survive. The pictures on the international news networks are horrific and beyond belief.

Take care and keep in touch.

I flew out of Brisbane a couple of weeks ago and the river was high then. There was water forcing it's way out of drains when we left a downtown restaurant. Some of the pictures we're seeing now are very scarey.

Here's hoping that whatever the material damage people keep themselves safe.

Cheers

Hi all

Thnks for your kind words. We should be ok where we are as we are on top of a hill. They are now predicting a cyclone may be forming off the coast. Just what we need. Ah well we will get through this.

Thank you all again for your well wishes and words.

Cheers
