It’s only got six legs…….it’s the two legged freaks you’ve got to worry about….

It's a freakin' Alien Chris....shape shift'n planet hopper...prolly morphs into a killer wasp when you're not lookin' !!!:tongue-out3: :tears-of-joy: :tears-of-joy:

The Chinese believe it's a reincarnation of an ancestor that has come to visit so we leave it alone unless the cats get it first.

Moths and spiders... all need to be squished! Hate, hate 'em with a vengeance!
Moths... why come out at night?! It's not there's not enough light during the day is there! "I know, now its dark, I'll home in on that lonesome little bedside lamp for light and warmth..." DIE DUST DART!!

Poor little buggers only home in on your lights because they are trying to get back into the dark…..they have eyes tuned to work at night so they can feed in safety. The darker it is, the better the protection from predators they get. Trouble is, an electric light puts out more photons than their eyes can cope with, and the eye nerves shut down. They therefore “see” the light source as a black hole and try to use it to get to a darker, and therefore safer, place….. In effect, our night lights are torturing them with promise of food and safety that it will never deliver :disappointed2:
Spiders, on the other hand, are totally alien and not of this world…..they just don’t move right……

So in a round about way...
Moths are pointless
Spiders are freaky
Sorted, kill 'em! :smiling5:

Moths aren’t pointless….without moths we wouldn’t have bats……and who doesn’t like a cute little mouse with wings…..

Yes agreed, they are cute but moths... nope!

Moths, spiders - they don't bother me - what I do hate with a passion is the daddy longlegs flies! They blunder about, fly into you & generally p*ss you off! If one comes into the room I have to immediately dispose of it.......
