Hi Paul,

Welcome back, not sure i was about when you were here before, i had about 12 months away also, got hooked on a on-line war game. Never again, it took over everything and just zapped up all my time and more.

Good to see you here Ron and i'll definately be looking forward to seeing your masterpieces again :) Are you still brush painting your models or have you been forced to try out an airbrush yet? :) Don't worry Tony, your secret's safe.. except for all those reading this :)
Thanks for that Paul, very kind.

Now and again I start to think about an A/B, but a few minutes in a darkened room with a beer and my bouncy nurse soon gets rid of that nonsense!!! lol

How can I forget you ian, you helped me out on a number of occasions :)

Yeah, globe-trotting sounds nice but really isn't after a while. I was teaching ESL teachers how to teach so i spent about 5 weeks in each country. I wasn't staying in a hotel but a little apartment organised for me. The one in Shanghai... ohhhh... kind of like the pictures of the Olympic Village in India we all saw. It was generally a great experience especially in Japan since the place is soooooo clean and it's a modellers paradise. I came across a model shop when visiting Kobe and they even sold a large bag of scale twigs to make trees with. Anything you want, the Japanese have inveneted it. But i'm happy to be back in Moscow where it's snowing at the moment. Sounds nice but my wife will soon come complaining that she needs new winter jackets and shoes :)

Alright Andy, I wouldn't worry so much. For a time i was hooked on gaming as well. But when i was living in Germany i was more into games that involved "chasing" Germans in order to relieve my daily stress. I love the folk really :) What kind of kits are you into mainly anyway?

When you get to a certain age Paul, you need someone to look after you and make bacon butties.

I have my bouncy nurse, who is well known by the smutty minds on this forum and gets some quite unjustified comments of an extremely tacky nature...

She is a good and honourable servant who sometimes puts on her tight fitting.........look out here she comes with that needle again. If she thinks I'm going to have a nap this time of the day she................................:nurse::wheelchair:

Paul,

Don't you take any notice of that Ron! He's the one always making nasty comments about his poor bouncy nurse. How she puts up with him, I'll never know! It'd serve him right if that syringe is the right scale size!

Hi Paul,

Im into modeling the bigger stuff 1/6th and 1/4 Scale war birds. These guys have got me hooked on Tanks recently and im about to do a paint job on a 1/16th Tiger, i also have a 1/16th Panzerkampfwagen 3 in my stash. Im thinking im going to really get hooked big stile if i can master the skill of painting and weathering these two.
