No I've not left you all.....!

Been away for 13 days on a cruise, just got back, holidays are nice, but its nice to be home again.

Boarded the Ship at Southampton, then after a day at sea we went to Ireland, Cobh (Cove) then on to Dublin, then on to NI, docked at Belfast but went off to see the Giants Causeway, then a short tour of Belfast City. Then we headed up to Glasgow, then off even further North up to the Orkney Isles (Kirkwall) then started down the East coast on to Invergordon, and also a trip to Inverness, (Loch Ness) then we were supposed to stop at Edinburgh, but the weather was bad, high winds, big waves, so we diverted back to sea. I've already been to Edinburgh twice, so did not mind too much. Then we headed off the France, Le Havre, then finally back home again to Southampton (this morning).

It was a nice relaxing break, but I ate too much, and will have to get back on the health kick, diet, etc asap.

Nah, they have that covered, specifically states they can change the ports of call or destinations, especially due to weather.
We were due into South Queensferry, which is right under the Forth Bridge, the local cruise stop for Edinburgh, and the weather was quite bad, gusting up to 40-50 knots, and you have to use the small tender boats to ferry from the Ship to the shore, and it can get quite (very) choppy! So they are covered, unfortunately....
