discussion Been distracted

Finished my last model and not yet started another, as I've been distracted, as I got myself a new airgun target rifle, so a new toy to play with, Lol, been sorting that out for the last week or so. Will be back at the model bench asap though....

Just had a thought, are there any (larger) scale models of guns available? eg: not 1:76, 1:35, etc maybe say 1:6 or larger scale?
That would combine the two hobbies, Lol.

There might be if you look hard enough

Years ago there was a company called LS that did 1:1 scale guns...... I can remember when I was a teen doing various S&W revolvers, Colt 1911, Luger and P38, plus a few others

Thing is nowadays they would probably come under UK firearms regs that govern stuff like blank firers and replicas and would have to be some stupid colour like orange

I built a couple of them in my youth they were exact copies only in plastic. I built the 44 magnum and if memory serves a colt .45

I have a Glock19 (same as Glock 17, just a tiny bit smaller) as well as a few others....
