Here is the current situation. All that is missing are the ships boats, just need to put the windows in. The cranes and aircrafts 5 km railings and 20km or so of rigging.

Decks of the ships boats painted and windows now have 'glass'
20240920_143530.jpg The windows will clear as they cure.

Cheers

Are the window just PVA white glue or something specific?

Sort of. Its Micro Krystal Klear, pva type canopy glue. There are others. You could possibly just use ordinary white pva, just as long as it sets clear.
And thanks for looking in.

Yes In sight but a 10x telescopic one lol. The two remaining 'challenges' are railing and rigging. If you want to see a grown man cry, follow along. It will be a while though. need a break from Bismarck for a while.

Ships boats Glass dried and looks ok.

Quite hard to see, but that's kinda the idea with glass. (our house windows excepted, they are rather dusty).

This is the stuff I use. Also great for canopies and clear parts by the way.

Cheers chaps and comments always wellcome.

Well Chaps, I guess I can say I am back on this project. I have just spent three days reposting all the photos so they can be seen with the naked eye. NO MAGNIFYING GLASSES NEEDED @boatman
I will need a while to finish some other projects off, find out where I got to and figure out which bits go where, railing wise. Oh then get the knitting needles out for the rigging.

@John @BattleshipBob
Despite my best attempts to get the photos inserted in this build thread so they can be seen, my efforts have been thwarted by the software that thinks it knows better than me.
Just out of interest, can you all see the big pictures or only the postage stamp size ones?
