I always thought it stood for Silent But Deadly, but that must be something else...SBD is the Dauntless Chris. SBD stands for Scout Bomber Douglas.
HI John yes jen told me off jen is near as bad as matron without the neddles lol i dont know cant say what i want in my own house what with women power lol an yes i got put in the corner lol but these planes drove me to it lol an glad you like them planes bloomin things got me into trouble they did lolChris, I was laughing at Jen telling you off for swearing, you'll be in the corner yet.

HI JOE yes it would be a shame to lose a shelf AFTER all the work my mate did so im goin if i can get the screws out an lower the shelf that hornets on cheers for your reply sirShelves look good Chris. Place Hornet on the top shelf? If you want it on the lower level I would suggest lowering the shelf if possible, it would be a shame to lose a shelf.
HI PaulE WHAT you mean flip the shelf upside down if you do i think that may solve my problem now goin up to my model room will look at the shelf an see if it has merit thanks never thought of that an if i can get the screws out will give it a try cheers sirOr flip the corbels up side down & attach to top of lower shelf as you're going to mount the ship on the stand. Just measure first to assure clearance.
HI AGAIN PaulE YES I JUST unscrewed the bottom shelf an turned it upside down an it should now take my hornet brilliant thinking on your part sir but got to wait till tomorrowto fi t it as i need jens help to hold the shelf while i drill the screw holes sayin again BRILLIANT THINKIN SIR....same same, amaze, amaze, amaze!
