I built the tamiya one a while back in a GB. full monty with all the Eduard bits. The Takom one is said to be a better kit.

I don't know whether you guys making the GB selections are looking at my ebay purchases, but as well as the Phantom I got as part of a job lot, in the same lot is a Willys jeep and I ordered a Dragon ZSU-23-4M Shilka on Wednesday!

Your right Ian, ill chill out for a bit and see how we go. Great choice of kit btw - the 2A6 is regarded by many Tank experts (only the ones I know) as amongst the best tanks of the past decade, if not the best.
