As ever, I started in the cockpit.

First job was to hack off the moulded on controls, paint and attach the PE controls and instruments.

Some of the parts were damn small, the picture immediately above is next to a number 11 scalpel blade to give you an idea of size!

For an encore I got the resin bang seats painted, washed and weathered.

Its a wow from me Bob.
I take my hat off to you with that amount of micro detail on those controls, I'd be hard pressed to see it with out trying to hold things.

Cheers Gents. :)

I realised about an hour after posting the pics that I had forgotten to add the PE belts to the seats, so I had to pull them back out. Luckily the glue hadn't fully set. I will rectify that tonight.

Sorry I missed the start Bob but I have had a very enjoyable read through. Great work on the cockpit. Its turning into a real stunner. Looking forward to seeing the next stages. Good luck

Hi Bob
Wow indeed. That cockpit is stunning. Some of those PE pieces are nightmare small. Seats are great.

Cheers Steve & Jim. :)

I've now attached the PE belts to the seats and re-installed them.

Have to say I don't like the PE belts, they were fiddly as hell and don't look that great. I would rather they had been molded in so I could paint them.

That’s a busy looking interior Bob, shame you didn’t get on with the belts...they look alright to me:thumb2:
