Is there any courses or books available on the construction of brass fittings in the UK or Europe? I know about photo etching but would like to learn more about fabrication and casting.

Do you mean the use of Photo etch, folding and fixing, or the actual production of photo etch parts?

I don't really need any info on etching per se. I am more interested in learning true fabrication and machining of brass fittings; such as the products WEB used to produce.

Hi, I can talk you through fabrication of anything brass. I have made brass masters for 35 years for the casting industry and endless brass fittings for one-off boats for clients. It's really just a case of breaking everything down into what can be turned on a lathe and what can be cut, folded and filed, then silver soldered together. PM me if you like for my e-mail address.
