Front port side done and the aft clear section drills fine, no cracks 
Those milling bits seemed absolutely invaluable for that task!

there is 3 stages, small corner holes, open with 1.7mm drill, file to whatever shape. So as you can imagine going to take a while and the clear is a lot more difficult.

I was thinking the same. I don't think he is actually modelling at all I thing the sprue elves do a bit then tidy up.

When you have finished this great model you will have to take the tv off the wall and hang this model there instead, tv is now boring and your workmanship would make a great conversation piece.
Getting there 1 day more filing for the vents I reckon.
