I have this light. An older version but essentially the same. I couldn't work without it.

Afternoon, after fitting the inner bulkhead stuff and turning the page ......More guns 12 lbs 12 long barrel short and 2 long barrel medium, had some blueing fluid left, so did them I think they look so much better than paint I will build the carriages up tomorrow

Started building the cannons this morning but failed!! going to have to wait for my new light so I can see better, my first effort was a poor one should get my light tomorrow.

My new light arrived this morning, got to admit I really like it

after a rest yesterday I managed to finish most of the 12lb cannons, I won't be rigging the ones in the admirals quarters as they wont be seen the rest will be

Must have been quite shocking to man those guns inside, multiple decks with loud guns firing, shouting men, smoke, gunpowder, canon balls rolling over the floor...

Lovely, neat work. This is a huge amount of work but worth all the effort. I suppose you have not kept a record of the hours spent?

....mo guns....gooood....did that once to get a promotion....felt naked.....kids thought I looked like a 12 year old...grew it back shortly after.

No Jim that would be scary Caldercraft reckon for the Victory 4000+ hours but I'm slow!!
