Cheers Richard, actually very happy with the way its turned out so far :)

Amazing work. How will you fit 100+ guns, or will they be run in with ports closed for rough seas?

Cheers Paul the bottom 2 rows are barrel only there is a backing plank which is drilled and the barrel is fitted :) after the gun port linings are fitted you don't see the inside hardly.

1. Split it down the middle and fit in two halves
2.Cut out the noggings on the deck to 20mm so it fits over with minimal bending
3. Soak for a short time and bend it to fit in
what do you reckon? I'm leaning to split down the middle as it wont be seen after planking.

Finishing planks off as far as I can go and getting ready to paint lower bulkheads.

I think splitting it was the right call and after planking it you would never know :)
