Hi all, saw this on Farcebook and thought what a great diorama that would make, a panther D converted to rubble clearance duties (could of used an obsolete tank for that!) the germans also used a Stug chassis to do the same thing...

Apologies if this has been discussed before...

Hi Lee
Thats a most interesting photo. A nice 1/72 scale would make a manageable sized dio. Even the tree is only a few sticks :tongue-out3:

Reminds me of a turn-of-the-century railroad locomotive "cowcatcher". PaulE

Hi Jim,
Even 1 35 you wouldn't need to have the tree, just a pile if rubble being shifted?!

Hi Lee,

Check out ICM or Zvezda as they both make a Panther D and they run between €20 and €25. You know you really want to build this puppy!!!

Why didn't they leave the gun in place for all those stubborn bits you get in any cleaning job?

Ahhh but Lee - you would buy this one and it wouldn't go into the collection as you would build it straight away!!!! :flushed:;):smiling2::smiling5::smiling2:

Paul, I usually get the questioning of.. 'have you finished the others yet? Don't you think you have enough to build?
