Fourteen years of modelling at our current house is now finished. The last figures have been completed and are currently on an auction site. After just over a year the moving process is finally coming to an end with a moving date of 6th July. The process has been made worse by the buyers from hell who pulled out after 4 months and solicitors slowing the process by asking irrelevant questions which all cost time. Our estate agent has been so supportive and being an independent has also vested a lot of time getting us this far. The boss has confirmed my own man cave when we finally get sorted and all the building work and re decoration is completed. Here’s a pic of the last little figures and the desk before dismantling. Upwards and onwards. Take care everyone and see you when time permits.

Maybe your next build thread could be a 1/1 scale modelling room, involving some assembly gap filling sanding and painting?
