Evening all.

I noticed this a while ago - Minatur Wunderland Hamburg. 1500 m2 of sheer class. Has anyone ever visited it? I'm off to Germany to visit the relatives for Christmas and must stop by this place. The quality for such a modelling masterpiece of this size is unbelievable! There's also 11,000m of track spilt into 5 different zones. They even use the Faller car system.

I must take my hat off to our German friends at their modelling talent!!!

That is incredible. I've never been but it's something I'd try to fit in on a day off in Hamburg. The chap doing the voice over seems to have learnt his english accent from Stephen Hawking!

That is incredible. I believe James May (of Top Gear fame) featured this in a TV show when he attempted the longest model railway line.

It is truly unbelievable what lengths they've gone to, even time of the day - they have nights and days!

Alright lads

Yep, it's truely amazing and i can't imagine the amount of work that went into that. I'm really impressed with the Faller car system and on one other Youtube stream you can actually see an Autobahn with several vehicles moving on it.

I love the comment Steve :) )))) My brother in law speaks like that so i insist we just speak in German :) )))
