Hey Dan Thank you very much.... and all the others... well... today it was:
Adding some more plaster...covering the roof..and sieving some more terrain... which gave me a lot of small-medium pebbles that will really look very realistic... there is still A LOT to do... but i'm having tons of fun... :smiling::smiling::smiling:

Greg .
That shot of the widows take me back . I could never keep my plastic clean when gluing, always ended up with a splodge on the face . Looks good .
John .

Greg, with your picture references and stories I'm getting a better picture of the conflict in the Chosin area. Now I know the part you are building. I have often only seen parts in images and couldn't make out the scale and position of where it was taken. Most dios are made of a snow covered road on the side of a hill. You have done part of the bigger picture. Well done.:thumb2: I am now going to bother Hyun Jin of Def Models next time I see him on his Marines in Korea figures. Douglas Lee famous for his Polish Cavalry Charge on German tanks dio gave me these two he sculpted for Def Models at last years Penang show...

I bought the refugees from Hyun Jin the year before that. I have to think of a scene.

Cheers,
Richard

Hey Richard thank you for your comment... l'm trying my best to represent what happened those days in Dec 1950... thank you again...and you can say to Mr. Jin that he did a fantastic job...hope he will make more figures...
Hey John ... well those windows were a bit of a challenge... but still they are almost done... i'm trying to give a lot of depth to the diorama... this is why the black primer...there is still a LOT to do but I'm really enjoying this... i will still make some corrections.. (like removing some rocks...or adding other in different sizes)....
LOADS of fun

Brilliant Greg

The erosion channels caused by running water are fantastically well observed.
