20241109_182021.jpg Oob apart from replacing hatch handles ,not a very good kit fit of parts wasent all that plus plenty of my pet hates ie moulded on tools tow cables solid hatch handles wich I feel brings it down to a kiddie toy ,think I used ak chipping fluid thought doing the russian version, made a nice change from the usual turn out. That looks great. A very striking paint job.

Nice, I've just bought some of the chipping fluid, but too nervous to use it just yet, might whack up a post asking how to?
That looks a lovely model though, nice effects...

Hi Peter thanks for the kind comments ,the chipping fluid is ok but hard to get scale affects in 72nd hair spray I think gives the best results but don't think delicate 72nd scale will hold up to well with the scrubbing involved ,its one of thoes give it a go things you can only get your own technique going sadly by learning on the job. Spot on. It looks great to me Dave. I like the weathered look loads.
