Anyone seen the new and extremely naff Cillit Bang advert?.Whats that purple aircraft that the annoying Barry Scott is sitting in?.

I've not seen the ad but over on another forum the aircraft was identified as a Soko J-22"Orao"

Soko J22,according to the interweb is a sub sonic ground attack aircraft developed jointly by yugoslav and Romanian companies.I hought it was a mock up of a real aircraft.The ejection seat has obviously been replaced with something from the latest DFS sale.

we use to mute the tele when the advert came on, was a tad annoying eh!

I must admit i have used those compare websites, they save you a fortune in all honesty ...

One thing though ... all this talk about only getting the low price through the website is rubbish ... use the compare sites, get lowest price and phone the insurer direct, they are that desperate to get new customers they'll sometimes even go lower than the websites price just to get you onboard.

Those bloody annoying adverts work though! We all know them and that's the point.

I do use price comparison websites to get quotes which I can then use to beat up my current insurance company on their renewal quote. It usually works,which saves the hassle of changing,but if it didn't I'd change in a heartbeat. No customer loyalty here I'm afraid,I vote with my wallet.

When I saw the thread title i wondered what could Cillit bang be used for?

Hadn't noticed the aircraft in the background because I don't watch adverts, and B%&!?y Barry Scott, actor called Neil Burgess, annoys me to death. Maybe that's the point?

Back to the aircraft - Basically it is a Soviet copy of the Sepecat Jaguar - Numerous similarities right down to the main undercarriage.

I got a great use for Cillit Bang. I might write in. Basicaly you fill a big vat full of the stuff and throw Barry Scott in it. Bang and the turn is gone haha.
