Vallejo conversion - There are a load of conversion tables available - some good,some bad! Some are appallingly difficult to use, and understand! Naturally paint makers have charts that are biased to their products........................
In short, I don't think that there is such a thing as a universal chart - and with the likes of AK, Mig, Hataka & Vallejo pushing new colours & sets out regularly, any chart will rapidly go out of date! Not a great deal of help, I know, but you have to use many sources!

I use an app for windows 10 called ''humbrol paint converter'' , it does a fairly good job with the vallejo / humbrol / revell / R.A.L. / tamiya etc.
