Cosford airshow. Well its been a couple of years since we attended this show. Normally a wet show, this year , the sun is out.
The RAF Falcons have just displayed, now moving onto some engine driven stuff with WW1 replicas.

Colin have a fantastic day, wish i was there too, i believe it's a sell out.

All the best Steve.

Thanks gentlemen. Well the F16 was loud, then the Mig 29 made itself known .

A very well flown Rafale impressed the crowd. Amazingly manoeuvrable.

Hope you had a great day Colin.

More importantly - Did you stock up on coffee cups and stirrers?....:thumb2:

We got there just after 0800. There was a bit of a que, but getting in was ok. Getting out, well, considering the A41 towards Wolverhampton was closed and everyone had to go towards the M54, that was a bit more tricky, but not Cosford's fault. We spent about 30 or 40 minutes in the field waiting to get out.

Our Col is too professional to miss out on those Ron!
I'm afraid I might be disappointing you here. One coffee cup and no stirrers.

Was Hangar 1 open during the show? It's been closed for a couple of weeks, apparently because of electrical problems after the thunderstorm, but apparently it was opened yesterday then closed again.

I don't know. We wondered around a bit but as there was so much to see outside, we didn't really go inside.

OK, thanks Colin. I went there for the first time today, found it a bit disappointing.
