You might not have gone deep enough with the wet n dry to get right through the mark. It looks like cement got on your fingers. Try rubbing it out again. Sometimes it takes a bit of doing to fully get a mat like that out.

I think that's what happened. I'm gonna clear smoke all the rear glazing. I need to buy it in spray form as I only have brush kind
