Good afternoon to you all! I was so courious today I decided to open the box and take all the pieces out and i want it to see how big is this monster gonna be ! So first the instruction! Well detailed with all the details you need to complete the sub also rigging instructions and loads more! I have to tell you it will be a challenge this kit is definitely not for a beginner! So the website says its comes with a flag and decals set ! It’s unfortunately disappointing a little as the decals and flags are a printed piece of paper! Would have been nice to have waterslide decals at least!View attachment 311153

Bloody Nora!! That's enormous! I was not a fan of AA resin stuff but this looks awesome. Please make sure you use a mask when cleaning it all up as resin dust is evil. It's a shame we have to wait til next year:sad-face:. Thanks for posting the details of the kit

Thanks for that - most interesting. Sometimes large pieces of cast resin can show warping but this looks ok. Why do they provide British and American flags?

Hi there John thanks! I also like the cmk the only problem with it is the base of the crane is quite big ! If I planning to use the train or rail tracks on the dock ... well not for a crane unfortunately... i was thinking maybe I can get a train off loading torpedoes so if I do that then the base of the cmk crane will hang in and cover it ! So might go with the verlinden one that would fit on the edge of the dock ! Im not sure yet ! Need to do research about sizes! We will see! Thanks again regards Danny

Hi there Steve thanks for joining! Thanks for the advice with the resin I didn’t know that is dangerous! Im sorry i make you wait trsust me i would like to jump into it and start tomorrow but I like to start a dio when I have everything I need so it will take time to gather all what I require for this monster! Hi there Jim also thanks for joining! The kit looks very good quality I don’t see any defect on it , thank god! About the flags on the instruction page 18 is mentioned that those flags for the captured u boats ! So Gary was right! Have a pleasant night regards Danny
