I like that Barry, really nice and tidy and with some impressive detail.

Shame about the decals though, what happened - did they fall apart or just not want to go on properly??

Thats a real shame, i take it the aftermarket set was easy to get???

Just noticed you're onto the Junkers JU88 next, did that myself impressive kit, just a few niggles ...... you'll enjoy building it though, i'll guarantee that!! :)

Colin - I have decided to do the Wildcat next and leave the JU88 for a bit. I will be doing the Wildcat as a Marlett III.

I did have a fair few problems in getting the right decals and in the end found some old ones in the spares box that needed some treatment before use. They are not exact but near enough not to be noticeable to the casual observer.

love this plane barry,if you did more weathering i think it may have spoilt it,first rate mate

I like that a lot Barry, they look to be very busy cockpits with a lot of your hard work hidden. 5 star from me too. Cheers Derek

Hi Barry some great work there and it shows the high level of work you put into your builds well worth 5 stars

Great job and very realistic.

Love the weathering too,nicely judged.

Cheers

Steve

Very nice.

The used but not tatty look you where after worked very well.

Five big shiny ones.

Great looking Banshee Barry, I really like it. I thought it looked like a Dauntless so I looked it up and it turns out the A24 Banshee is the US Army equivalent of the more common Navy SBD Dauntless.

Nice one Barry, a cracking build and paint job.

Hadn't realised that the Army Air Corps flew these, great choice of scheme.

5 stars mate.

Tony.
