I finished this one last year, but have been a bit remiss in sharing. It's the Airfix FW190A-8, converted to an A-7, and making use of decals from one of the excellent Kagero books. The conversion is very simple, just:

• Omit outer gun blisters
• Move bomb rack further forward
• Remodel and move pitot tube
• Fill in belly hatch
