Thanks Greg, but guess what?

BINNED IT!!!!!!!!!!

The rifle was a nightmare to fit and I caused quite a bit of damage fixing it into place. However, that was repaired to a reasonable degree, but then I found that the panzerfaust just wouldn't rest in the hands because the rifle was in the way!!!! I tried extending the right hand by adding a shirt cuff, but by that stage there's was glue everywhere and the finish was so compromised that it was pointless to carry on.

Sorry folks.

DAAAAMMN... that's a shame... but i can understand the frustration....i'm sure you will delight us with more stunning figures....

Hi Peter
It was looking fine but if the equipement doesn't fit realistically then that would draw the eyes away from the rest, however well painted. Anyway - onwards and upwards.

Peter .
Your right , not the end of the world is it. We get so fixed with doing this hobby that it could make you ill when something is not right.
Enjoy the sun .

Hi John and Lee

No point in continuing with something that can't be rectified. I'd rather bin it than have something that goes straight to the back of the cabinet.

Sorry to read about the fit issues causing you to bin it Peter, the face and camo work was superb:thumb2:.

Good luck with the next one.
