Hi guys

have just bought some humbrol powders and going on u tube found some good ref the only thing i dont know is when you mix powders with humbrol decal coat or matt varnish are they o k to apply on to acrilic paint .

The introduction video states you can use either Decalfix or Matt Cote. The guy in the video recommends Decalfix. If you use the Matt Cote you need to apply enamel thinners to the solution. Decalfix definitely won't hurt your acrylic paint.

Also you cannot rework the powder when applied with Matt Cote whereas you can recoat and scrape with water the Decalfix solution.
