I’ve been out since Sunday Bob. Time between going into theatre and coming out of the hospital was around 28 hours….. Only on two to three doses of paracetamol now. Incredible how it’s moved on so fast. Obviously still weak and I’ll be on crutches for a few weeks, but I’m amazed how quickly the post op pain has dissipated. Bruises are impressive though…..

Thats good, my mum was in for a week, probably her age at the time. My god she hated the physio terrorists lol

That's really good Tim. How's the physio going?

Physio is fine. Not much to it if I’m honest. Just wiggling ankles and clenching muscle groups at the moment. Leg lifts etc don’t start for six weeks. To be fair though, I started them as soon as I got the info running up to the op so they were second nature by the time I went in. First couple of days were a bit sore, but not really hurting much now.
