A bit off the thread but how many of us have Skype. I do, and I know Roman does, as we had a good chat over our PC's Might be a useful tool if things are found to be hard to explain in writing and if you have a web cam, you can even show what the problem is or show and tell in a reply...

Just a thought.

For some reason all I could think of seeing this was the bit off Zulu, when the RSM was doing the role call, "Jones, your not dead I've just seen you"...
