has anyone had experience with Fengda airbrushes? http://www.cnbida.com/products_list/&pmcId=15.html

I'm thinking of stocking some, a dual action is around £36, but unlike other cheap Chinese airbrushes spares are easily available.

I have never hear of them. But I can recommend Sparmax. as a budget line. The company has been making airbrushes for years or several leading companies. (I think some bigger names than you care to think). I have used them for years and (apart from the odd bent nozzle or dropping it on the table nozzle first the other day) they have proven to be very good quality.

Spares are no problem and I have bought a few here and there. They also have a very good range of spares and also do spray booths and compressors....

I have a BD 130 John and for a cheap airbrush they work great. I use it just for spraying my varnishes but spray paint just as good as my iwata revolution

Thanks Ian, I've been doing a bit of research and they have mixed reviews, but overall they don't seem that bad.

For a starter airbrush I don't think you could go far wrong with one John if you did stock them I would most probably get one for spraying any washes and the like

I have two cheap Chinese brushes - one of which I've been using for nearly four years with no problems (except my early cleaning regime wasn't as good as it should have been). Trouble is, there were no manufacturer's names on the boxes when I bought them so I don't know if they're Fengda or not. I seem to remember vaguely that they had a BD reference on the ebay-UK sites I got them from but ......

I've had a delivery from China, I must say I was a bit worried transferring the money thinking is that the last I will see of it :( anyway all went well and I am impressed with them, I'm going to try a couple of them out over the weekend see how they perform.

If anyone wants one (or 2 :) ) once you have bought it let me know and I will put in a spare needle, nozzle and 5pc cleaning brush set, this is a limited offer, I only have 0.03mm needles and nozzles but I've tried them and they fit all the airbrushes.

I also got these in
