I could only think of asking the same question to a prospective modeller as I would to the original car builder, namely............Why?!!!!!!!!!!

I've seen some models of cars based on Fw 190 or Bf 109 fuselages. I might one day have a go at one of them, I'd just need a car kit to 'rape' and an aeroplane kit to destroy

I've seen a triumph spitfire, yes painted as a spitfire fun but not near as cool...

I actually think its been quite well done, and if I can find a cheap enough victim, I might have a go, if only to get in some mottle practice !!!!

The car I could do but not the paint job.I might even try this one.

The tracks are from a German Wessel. Revell does them. The hard part will be finding the car body to fit.
