Forum going very slow?

I noticed it a couple of days ago, I restarted the server and it was fine, it looks like that was a temporary fix
Still slow for me? I'm on several other forums and they seem ok.
For me it started being slow this morning and is still slow now.
I’ve rebooted the server but something still isn’t right, I will look in to it further tomorrow

Was slow yesterday for me but today it is normal ops.
All seems back to normal now. 
It does seem to me much better today, it might be nothing to do with the server, it might be how it's routed and it could have been an issue elsewhere that is now fixed
My wife's company, based in Sheffield, had a couple of days of crazy slow speeds on their intranet (all data is cloud based).
Eventually it was traced to an accidentally unplugged fiber cable in a London data centre.
They still don't know exactly how my wife's system was working at all, but they think it must have "found a way" through long-forgotten wires & switches.
Does seem better today.
Another forum I'm on was going very slow a few days ago, and when the mods checked, it had 35k+ "guests" logged in/connected, some peeps reckoned it was AI bots trying to gather info? Sorta makes sense as whenever you google or use AI it just tends to regurgitate whatever it finds on popular related websites/forums, so AI, eg: Artificial yes, Intelligence, Mmmm, not so much!

These days is either AI or Russians lol, glad to see the site running up to speed again 
Seems very slow tonight. Not had a problem before though.

Very slow..... Had no probs till now but took ages just to log in
its as slow as as shuch water as we say in scotland sh*te water
