To be honest Graham,I've been struggling with my illness and I just try to keep going with my work.


I know I can do better..but i'm not gonna worry too much bout it

Quite right, if worrying made things better then do it.  It never will so there is no point.  Enjoy the moment whatever that moment is.

I think it's top work mate, as they "you'll die if you worry and you'll die if you don't so why worry.
