I really like what you have done with the tank crew and the use of the tissue paper, great base colour work,

It is all starting to come together great work Jim and cheers for the update

I think it is good that you depict war for what is was/is. Brutal.

Good work on the figures. Like the tissue trick. Going to try that one one day.

Thanks Ian, glad you don't disapprove of subject matter and "brutal" style I portray...It means a lot...........Jim :)

the figure looks good, very nice trick, using tissue, :D

Thanks Monica and everyone, I think this is it for the in progress thread, don't want to beat it to death ^_^  The next time it comes up it will be in the completed forum. Much tweaking and added do-das to be done and with busy real life schedule it may be a bit, but not too long I promise. .....Jim :)

I appreciate your showing of techniques Jim. The portrayal of the victims of war is no easy undertaking Thank You and I look forward to the final viewing

real nice dark work on these,s Jim,i do like them a lot :D

Thanks Monica, will get this one done real soon if possible. I seem to have lost the soil I had sifted for dio :S  will have to get a new batch. German officer needs work but I'll get him done soon enough. My military surplus "loggers" (next batch of projects) seem to be quite a bite to chew once one gets into the nuts and bolt of things, but I always welcome a challenge. So much scratch building and they must be convincing of course. After the half track will be a converted Sherman tank for heavier dragging, plus other support vehicles.

Should be fun and will probably take a good chunk of my time left on this spinning rock ^_^ .............Jim :)
