A rather frustrating build caused mainly by the rear parcel shelf refusing to sit correctly when joining bodyshell to chassis. I didn't want to cause damage by separating them again so I have left it as it is. Rather than use my normal airbrushed lacquers for the chrome, I used Molotow Chrome markers instead.

BTW, I am planning to use this car in a little diorama featuring "The Grand Tour" trio:

Always fancied this kit myself

Im assuming the figures are 3d printed?......why is hamster the same height as the other two? 🤣🤣

Look forward to seeing what other cars join the tour

It is amazing what perspective can do, Paul!

Yes, the figures are 3D printed and sourced from Scale3D - https://www.scale3d.co.uk/

I am thinking of adding a Heller 1/24 Renault Estafette Delivery Van 1964/1973 (80743), the boxing you can see on Scalemates.

That is a lovely model. Really looks like the real thing. Great dio idea.

Nice one Dave. Turned out well. I live in France now so i see a few of these that come out of the woodwork in the summer on classic car runs.
I agree with you about the Molotow Chrome pens, they work really well on most applications, especially for small trim and retaining straps etc.
