MG13

Expensive and a long way to come. Hopefully someone has some spare ones for you. May be an old model on Evilbay may do it as well

Dude 2,

Give me a day to search the stash and I am sure I can solve your problem...

Do you need the interior bits, or only the barrels that are visible from the outside? If you only need the barrels, you can probably get away with using MG 34s instead. Sure, they differ a bit from MG 13s, but most people won’t notice.

Hi John,
Just to confirm we are talking about a Panzer 1Ausf F ? If the answer is yes can you take a photo of the kit parts to compare with the updates please ? My apologies to Gary but having looked at PanzerTracts1-2 I can confirm that the Ausf. F's were fitted with twin 7.92 mg 34's for which there are a number of upgrades available you just need to find the right ones for this tank.
regards Jim

If mg34 will do I have numerous tamiya mg34 guns in my spares stash.

Hi John,

I've got lots of MG34's from the Tamiya weapons set but I don't think they'll hold up against metal ones. Besides you will need to snip off the front sights and drill the barrel. Don't know how fast posting it will be?

Cheers,
Richard

As you can see not the best of detail and only one on a sprue, the second sprue has a gap . The kit was second hand anyway and I ve found a few damaged thin parts.
Thanks for all the offers , its very kind .
John.

Morn Dude 2,

Those look terrible my friend. I have some pretty good Tamiya MG 34 barrels that I will clean up and drill out for you. I'll put them in the post to Race Towers on Monday. I'll leave them a bit longer so you can trim them to fit where they go…..Talk later!

Thank you.

One Happy Dude 2:smiling2:

Hi John,

Those look soft in detail. Good of Allen to prep the barrels for you. Let me know if you still need mine.

Cheers,
Richard
