discussion help with ta4j

Hi hope I'm doing this correctly I'm building a hasagawa 48 scale ta4j skyhawk and I only have all the tamiya colours what would you guys suggest to use for the wheel wells and the main airframe colour the callout on the instructions is fs17875 done a bit of research and this looks like a grey yet all the builds I have seen it looks like white PS the aircraft I'm doing is ta4j bu no 154373 the one with the rainbow on the fin any help would be much appreciated

Hi demon , youre right , all the pics and builds ive ever seen of this aircraft show it as white . I would go for that , looking forward to seeing the build btw , cheers tony

Thanks Tony I think I'll do it white but I'll do wheel Wells very very slightly darker just to give it some definition

It looks white to me as well from the various photos of that aircraft with VC-1 online.

Thats the pic I was looking at too Joe , i based my conclusion on comparing the white of the star with the surrounding area , it might be a tad more yellow but I'd say theyre near enough the same . tony
