How I found you

Hiya,

I just built a German armoured car Schwimwaggon) and motorbike set and thought they would look better if it was involved with a scene. So I typed in diorama and somewhere in the listings the came you were among them. I had to admit I was mainly going for the UK based ones. I am totally new to alll this (said the actress to the Bishop) and really wanted to know what was what and how to achieve it. So heres to a long friendship.

Just out of interest, how did you find this forum? if it was from a search engine which one?, and can you remember what search words you used?I think it would be useful in promoting the site to get more members

I "googled" don't remember the search-string, it was somthing with simulating rust on models

I can't really remember what I was looking for when I found you. I would definitely have typed something into Google as that's the only search engine I've ever used. As for what I was looking for .......

It would have been a search for some modelling technique which appeared somewhere in your tutorials or hints & tips. I saved the site for future reference - and one day I'll find time to go through them all!

Whatever I was looking for, I'm glad I stayed. I've only asked two questions so far and the responses have been really great!
