Just wondering. How many models are on the go at one time by most modelllers??

I'm new to modelling and I have 4 on the go, all 1:72 scale, a Revell Fokker D VII, Tamiya P-51D, Academy P-40E Warhawk, Academy P-47D Thunderbolt. I find this about right so that I have something to do at all times. I'm itching to start something else, but won't just yet :)

I make it a rule to do one model at a time.Having said I've got 2pm the go at the moment!.Thats because I came to the decaling stage on my 1/48 Wellington and decided I wasn't happy with the kit decals. So whilst I waited for some better ones to come thru the post I decided to finish off a 1/48 ME110 I started many years ago.Now I'm having trouble sorting out the colour scheme for that.So I've got a half sprayed Me110 and a Wellington im adding the bomb bay doors to on my work bench.Oh,and then there's the 1/48 Fujimi Me109 I bought many years ago that I built before Xmas. The box said I was an Erigh Hartman G6.But Eilat I was building it I thought some thing was odd.So I compared it with my references and it's actually a G14! (or might be a G10).So don't know what to do with that one.

I got four on the bench, 1 1/72 SPAD and 3 1/144 jets. I heard that four is a pretty standard number for modellers. At least in that aspect I can consider myself a standard modeller!

Please excuse my typing errors.I do all my posting on an iPhone.that's my excuse anyway!

One at a time for me,it's all my brain can handle. This means particularly towards the end of painting and varnishing that there are periods of inactivity but I try to plan things to allow overnight drying.
