I am in the process of 3D printing an engine. The rockers are operated by pushrod with a clevis at each end.

I import the flywheel into my slicer programme first to get an idea of what size I should print the parts at. The flywheel looked too big at 120mm dia so I printed it at 50% size and it was fine. I printed all the small parts in resin, including the 8 clevises, 2 clevises per pushrod, 4 pushrods. That's when I realised how small the clevises were at 50% size! I didn't want to reprint everything at say 75%, so I "beefed" up the clevis drawing and printed them in resin along with a bunch of other stuff. This is a photo of the original clevis on the left, and the beefier clevis on the right. A UK new penny is there for scale. The holes in the clevis printed perfectly. I am amazed at what we can do with a small machine in our hobby.
