Does the JPEG include a colour profile while the PNG does not?

This is a publication programme. It allows cutting away portions of a photo resizing. Adding text in various forms.

It’s also discontinued, which is why you need to buy it from Ebay if you want a copy. You’d be better off with something like Affinity Photo or Pixelmator if you want an inexpensive photo editor (both 50% off at the time of writing, I notice), or Gimp if you don’t want to spend any money at all. All have the advantage of still being supported and therefore updated.

However, if it’s roundels and plain text you’re after, you would be better off with a vector-image program, like Inkscape, since this avoids any and all problems with scaling, antialiasing, compression artifacts, and what have you that bitmap graphics suffer from.
