Strictly speaking, that's the Sister Norton (Diane Clare) figure, with camera added (made out of a 1/32 Japanese ammo pouch!)

As she speeds half the time unconscious, or dying, in the back of Katy, and only has one scene in sand, I'm not even sure Diane was even on location

So, a nice sun hat sets her off!
