Jason

you wouldn't happen to have a 1st world war female tank at all, Emhar are the only ones who do it, and I noticed you had an Emhar kit

Hi Mike,

The one i have is a Hermaphrodite (so you can build either) heavy battle tank Mk V in 1/35 scale,

In the model shop we have here (which is an amazing maze of model kit from floor to ceiling a must if you in my area) they have 6 of each of the variants in both 1/72 and 1/35 scale

My stash came about because one of our contractors was selling all his stuff so 320 kits and about 25 reference books later iam still buying... Hi my name is scott and iam an addict, there ought to be a law stating that it is a must to have a stash.

No, you don't need a stash. However, I once found myself 'kitless' not a nice place to be and not somewhere I intend to go again !

A moment in my life I'm not proud of, but nevertheless, I put my hand up and admit to it...................

I hide my stash from the good lady, I don't have as many as some but I'm sure she'd ask me to stop buying if she knew how many I really have.

My only problem is, which one to do next, choices, choices:noidea: :grinball2:

Tony.

Thanks for all the replies, I feel much better now:gift:.

But... What do you do with all the finished models? All the models I built years ago were sold on, usually to retailers for window display or to the manufacturers for catalogue photographs. Models made for magazine reviews/news pages sometimes only got half finished in those days - you can only see half of the model in a photograph! Due to production costs, the magazines were not so lavishly illustrated in those days and 'Reviews' were not much more than a 500 word description of the kit accompanied by a single black and white photograph.

I have no idea what to do with my finished models this time around. Maybe I will build bespoke storage boxes for each project...

Ralph
