I'd been thinking about a 1/12 car build for a while, mainly through being inspired by builds here on the forum. In the end I plumped for this one on the basis that its a small car and not too big a financial investment as a first go at one. In the end I have been working on it for a year on and off, but it was mostly straightforward although I did ignore Italeri's idea that the extended wheel arches should be painted separately and added at the end - just as well, they needed a fair bit of blending in! Paint is mainly Tamiya with a Zero paints clear-coat.

Thanks Stefan. It's a decal - probably the biggest one I've had to deal with, but the decals all behaved very nicely.

Appreciated Joe, thanks. I'm pleased with how she turned out, but it took a fair bit of effort especially getting the doors to line up and those pesky wheel arches faired in....
